i have no idea about prices for this sort of thing, just happened upon it, there seem to be a lot in this range.

WARNING Amazon have removed this item and the carry bag bundle from sale as they are supplying both of them with parts missing and cannot (will not) send the missing items even though they list all of the items, except for the pack of scalpel blades which can be picked up for pennies, seperately on their site. I am currently arguing with them over this and pushing the loss of bargain route.

My elderly mum bought this and it was delivered yesterday but not sure if she has opened it as its for a gift. Can you let me know what I should look out for and what happens.

The workstation bundle is missing the pricking mat, 2 rotary cutters and a pack of scalpel blades.
The bag bundle is missing the 4 embossing boards.

If you contact them the CS rep will tell you that the item is not available and you can return for a refund. I am pushing that they are in breach of contract and must supply the missing items or I will purchase them elsewhere and sue for the difference in price which will be around £60.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I hadn't unpacked it to check the contents. Only ordered the workstation, but mine is also missing the pricking mat & mesh set. Have emailed them, will see what they have to say. Amazon are also advertising 2 other sets very similar to this - basic kit plus bits, but minus extra rotary cutters and another set too.

Thanks for this will get it checked out and get onto them. By the sounds of it its gona be the same with stuff missing.

Anyone know whats the difference between the Helix items as listed by vandanfc?
