Ooo i thought there was stuff missing in mine, glad i checked on here.
Same things were missing as everyone else, i got the 11 set one.
they were actually really helpful on phone, i said i want to keep my order and would be happy for the missing items to be sent out, but they were unable to do this. Instead they have refunded the full amount to my card and i get to keep the items

The first one doesn't have the extra rotary cutters.

Just had an e-mail (after I chased them because they did not answer my original) and they will refund me and send a label. They say they do not have the missing parts which is !!!!!!!! :mad: Now to get back to them :mad:

The carry case bundle is now back in stock according to the website so obviously CS have not got a clue what they are talking about. The link for the return label is only an RMA for the kit and not the case bundle. That's what my email said. I then had an option to click if it didn't answer my question. This then took me to amazon's site and I got an option of getting them to ring me - I chose this and spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it out.
The deal we ordered is still showing as unavailable, it will be one of the other 2 kits that are still available - they are missing some or all of the rotary cutters in the 11 piece kit.0 -
I have 2 items that are missing parts, the 11 pce mega deal and a carry case bundle. The carry case & embossing board bundle was the first item they suspended and is the one that is now back in stock.

Just had a phone call from Amazon CS and they are holding their position that all they can offer is a refund and it is not possible for them to send replacement parts. I have ordered new sets, the one with fewer cutters in, and hope they will be complete. Once I have them I will fire off a letter to Amazon HO re my displeasure :mad:

Today received the new order, the set with 2 less cutters. An incorrect embossing board was in the box but I have not sent the old stuff back yet so swapped bits over. Still a good deal but am going to push their HO for some cutters.

Just received the refund e-mail and only one item refunded. Phoned them and they said one of the items returned was not on the original order !!!!!!!!!!! Both items were sent back in the original packaging with all the Amazon codes / stickers on them. Maybe the refused item was not what it should have been, the reason it was being returned and the reason the item was pulled from sale, but it still had the part number sticker attatched. They have agreed to refund the money but are not accepting that the correct item was returned, even then they could not figure out the correct amount !!! What the hell is happening to Amazon customer service. Has made me think twice now about ordering from them again. They make a big !!!! up and it is down to me to sort it. Rant over.
