Has anyone heard of these people? The reason I ask is that I have just set up a phone line and I am getting constant automated messages from them, asking to speak to someone who isn't me. If I ring them back I need to prove I am this other person, which obviously I cannot.

I have been emailing Littlewoods as in the catalogue people to complain and not getting anywhere. Are Littlewoods Credit Card Services connected to Littlewoods the catalogue people? Just in case I am complaining to the wrong people. Anyone know how to contact them? A google search hasn't really come up with anything. I'd like to resolve this without having to pay BT to block the number (you have to pay after the first month) or changing my number which would be a real pain.

Can't actually comment on who Littlewoods Credit card Services, but the credit accounts on Littlewoods.com are agreements with Shop Direct Financial Services Ltd. (Littlewoods parent company) rather than Littlewoods.

Possibly Barclaycard? - link below refers to a Littlewoods credit card administered by Barclaycard.

Aha, thank you. It might well be them, as I have had one message from Barclay Card. I think that was from a real person as well, so there might be some hope that I will be able to deal with this. Another avenue to go down anyway.
