I have carrier insurance with admiral, takeaways must be stated as the reason for business use class1 wouldnt cover it
  • Admiral have cancelled the insurance and refused to carry on the SDP insurance. And apparently i will not recieve a refund on my money. I have only had th insurance a month. Are they legally entitled to keep the money after refusing a claim and refusing to insure me.

Is there likely to be a claim from a third party? This could cloud the issue (as although not covered by the policy, and ultimately you will be responsible for paying any third party claims against you, your insurer will settle these in the first instance, then come to you to reimburse them.)

Oh dear, Now you will have to declare YES when asked if you are asked if you have had a policy
declined or cancelled in the past.

That will not help your new premiums, Will they allow any no-claims to be transferred across?
