Sky Channels

I currently have Sky TV and live in the Tyne Tees area. Suddenly last week the BBC1 channel we receive changed from North East & Cumbria to BB1 London. Also the ITV1 channel changed from Tyne Tees to ITV1 South West. We also totally lost Channel 5.

I called Sky 3 times and on each occassion they said they would sort it out by sending new signals. However it remains unchanged.

Has anyone else had this problem? We have the Sky pace box and not Sky+

Not somethng I have had experiance with, but untill you get a permenat fix you can add it to "other channels" using:

BBC: 10818V 22000 5/6
ITV: 10891H 22000 5/6

Personally I would stick to London news loads more happening down here

Is this maybe some kind of problem with the viewing card, which has caused the regional defaults to kick in? Though I don't think the ITV1 default would be South West.
Did you also lose Fiver and Five USA by any chance?

Unfortunatly this can only be sorted from sky end.The signal they send takes up to 24 hours,if that doesn't work then they've got a few other things they can do.

Is your card in properly I have stop subscribing to sky and have taken card out. I have lost channel 5 bbc is London but ITV is Centrel.

Try taking your card out, give it a wipe with a clean dry tissue, and then put it back in.

It may work.;)
