    I got the cancellation mail too, as expected really.

    But they have taken the £20 from my account already, does this mean they have entered into an agreement to supply the goods requested, or will they just try to give me back my money?

    As for the phone - imo you've got no chance.

    I haven't received my cancellation email as yet, but I haven't received a dispatch one either.

    My contract was for £45, so £15 net, so maybe they will honour this one. Some people on Hot Deals have received their phones already.
