No it doesn't!
It is of course best practice to be truthful about an employee - but an employer needs to weigh up the risk of being sued with a vendetta against an employee that a boss such as this might hold. With no HR advice and bad management like this, there is every chance that an employer could give a bad reference. Whether it is true or not.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
