    just receieved another letter from energy watch and one from bg. they have reduced my bill by £50 finally!!! so i shall pay this bill off by way of the payment card and then wave bye bye. *off to lok at some other companies*

  • Nice to see it got sorted :) .... just a quicky for you going thru Energy watch may not have been the quickest way for sorting the problem out, once they receive a complaint from them it goes to a totally diffrent area in the company, and will be actioned within 28 days, if you do have a price cap, check ya prices as leaving on a price cap may cost you more with new suppliers?

    But anyways nice to see it has been sorted :) If you have any futher problems ask to speak to a manager first :)

    i have to say i spoke to 3 different managers none of whom were of any help at all. i wasted a total of 8 hours ( i beleive) on the phone (not easy when im looking after my toddler) with absolutly no joy from bg. i then had a cs compliants manager say shed sort it after 6 weeks she hadnt done a thing.
    one phone call to energy watch and bg wrote to me appologising withing 3 days.....hence why when it went wrong again i dint waste my breath on the phone to bg i just rang ew. and within 48 hours i had my result.
    the moral of the story if you are having problems with bg dont ring them. as they obvisously cant help (imo) ring ew and then mysteriously they sort it... hmmmmm!"!!!!
