Incompetant British Gas AGAIN!!!

i posted on here a while ago explaining the BG had overcharged me. i went to energy watch, who got BG to admit they were wrong and cap my electric prices to 2009 and backdate and reduce my previous bill.
This am i recived a new bill.. wait for it... they havent backdated the capped prices so my bill isnt reduced its MORE expensive!!!!:eek: i am totally sick of their incometance have phoned energy watch again this am to sort it out as i am no longer going to wate my percious breath on BG again. As soon as this mess is sorted out they will have lost anoher customer. anyone reading this thread and thinking of switching to BG BEWARE!!! dont do it they are more trouble thank they are worth!

Hi MMP....was on the news a week or two ago, they are losing customers at the rate of one every 46seconds.
Yet according to Energylinx ,they still have over 50% of the gas market.

i dont know why ppl stay with them! apart from anything else thier cs is appalling. once this farse is over im not staying put!

well i for one will not be staying. I want decent cs as well as cheap bills and im afraid im not getting either with bg. im polite when im on the phone but the cs at bg have left me flabbergahsted, speechless and upset at the way they have handled my situaion (which is all bgs fault!) so im glad energy watch are back on the case as im afraid bg are just giving out the signal that they dont care about the people supplying thier money eg US!

There is no personal vendetta. This is a discussion board. That means that you cannot post a view and expect everyone to bite their tongue if they disagree with that view.
