FLO-GAS - What a shower!

Anticipating a home move (which has now been delayed for some months) and living in a park home with oil heating I didn't want to order a tank of oil so decided as an interim measure to keep me going for a few weeks to buy a calor gas heater. I decided on the Super Ser on offer from Flo-Gas.
To be fair, they delivered it very quickly and when I reported it as faulty they very quickly came back with an exchange.
However, I have had a total of 4 overdue account/final reminder letters for the cost of the second fire. This is in spite of various people acknowledging that this is an error and that I should ignore the letters. Apparently, there is nobody in their accounts department competent enough to enter a credit on their system. They were able to put the charge on there in the first place, although why they did, when it was an exchange I don't know.
So - if you are thinking of dealing with this company it might be as well to check out the competition - I certainly wouldn't deal with them again!
Oh, and if you live in a park home and thought about getting one of these fires do think again. The place is running with condensation even with ventilation, totally not suitable, and I'm now awaiting a delivery of oil.

Flogas are useless, if you are wanting to buy gas bottles etc you are much better off going to independent dealers.
I have one of those heaters in my caravan and it has been fine for me though they are banned for the reason you give and presumably so the caravan site owners can make more money when you use the propane you buy from them to heat your caravan.0
