But are you guys using the vouchers at different till points with different sales assistants?
Or just buying, say 2 items, taking to the same till and paying separately, using a voucher on each purchase.
Aren't the SA's asking where/how you got more than one voucher?
I've mostly gone to different tills with one voucher each, but once or twice I've asked if I can use one for OH/mum as they can't get into town to use it. They've always said yes, bless them. The other day, one jobsworth SA interrupted my SA and said 'No, she can't just print off one for her mum, it has to have a unique code.' I politely pointed out that they each had unique codes, and that shut her up.
But!! After the SA had put them both through, she told me NOT to pass the promo email on to my friends, that Debenhams has to email it to THEM and that they can't request it. PMSL!!! :rotfl: I take it she's not a member of MSE then. :rotfl:

Quite helpful and apologetic about the code taking while to input. We've got a real battleaxe in ours, who is the spitting image of Mrs Slocombe from Are you being served? She asked me where I had got the voucher from the other day, with a sniff of her nose, as though vouchers should not be accepted in HER store. Made me laugh more than anything.
Sounds like the SA I had (se above!). :rotfl:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I know, me too, but my problem is that I go red, so I look even more guilty! On the whole, the SAs have been quite nice. The Saturday girls are the best, once they know how to input the code. I guess the Mrs Slocombes have been there a long time, and really do think they own Debenhams!0

Been to Debenhams in Southend and used my 4.
I got 3 lots of Jasper Conran socks at £5.50 so paid 50p per transaction. I also got a St Tropez tan set which was in the sale down from £25 to £20 and when i got to the till it as coming up at £15. Used a voucher and got it for £10.:j
Each time i used a different till, the first 3 they all knew what they were doing but the last one they had no idea, told me i couldn't use it, then put it through wrong before finally going through the instructions which they had been given but failed to read. :rotfl:0 -
You definitely don't have to tick the box to get the mail, I haven't ticked it once and I've now done nearly twenty vouchers.
A very useful tip on here earlier was to use Gmail - you can add '+1' (just the plus symbol and anything else) after your username and before the @ - Debenhams recognise it as a different address yet it still reaches your Gmail account - ie. ontheball+onemorevoucher@gmail.com.
I'd say not receiving the e-mail has something to do with AOL not liking it for some reason.
I've also had no problem with concessions - if you're worried, just do as others have said and use another till.0 -
