Just got back from Worthing store. 4 floors there and most staff didn't know how to take the fiver off.

They have an old cashier system there, and the voucher code only works on a single item that is OVER 5pounds. I wanted to buy 2 items (£3.5 + £2.5 = £6) and their till system kept denying the code. A supervisor was called and tried everything for about 10 minutes, eventually apologised and asked very nicely if I could choose other single item over a fiver. I didn't want to make a fuss coz was planning to use more vouchers on other floors. Staff on other floor were also not familiar with the voucher too, my brother and I had to keep telling them to enter the voucher code.

Went to Crawley 4pm, 3 floors at least 9 tills if not more.

I used 2 vouchers on two separate transactions at two different tills, £5 Red Herring make up gift set, and 2 x candles totalling £5. Staff knew exactly what to do but I didn't notice anyone else spending their vouchers.... not sure what that says about Crawley !

Oh my goodness, how do people have the courage to use lots of vouchers, me and Hubby went in today and used one each, no problems at all, but there was no way i could go to another floor and use another, felt like i was being watched, lol.. good on those who can though!!

A daft one ive just had my voucher come through
Did anyone else have problems printing it? It came over 3 A4 pages with the voucher itself spread over 2 pages

I really dont understand the greed of some people! Its that greed that may stop retailers running such promotions in the future

We used our voucher last week but we did have to spend a minimum of £5....She checked with the latest literature on it and it says you have to spend £5 apparently...

So we had to buy some sweets to top up with technically we just paid for the sweets....
