i've been in twice and used them no problem. You have to spend the full £5 though so I grabbed some reduced wrapping paper hidden on the bottom floor sorta under the stairs...

i tried in croydon earlier and they said there wasasystemproblem with these vouchers and to try again later -anyone else have this problem? Manager was ringing other tills to tell themthey dont work atm

3 floors with a till on each floor I think (just asked hubby actually and he thinks there may be more than one till point on each floor but I only saw one?!). We used them there last week and they were on to hubby-he reckons a SA who had previously served him was phoning one who was serving him at the time to tell her not to let him use a voucher but she didn't answer till he'd already been served and was scarpering out of the front door! I said he was being paranoid but he insists that's what was going on!
