used mine today had a fab skirt and tights in the sale for my daughter paid £3.25 :)
  • I used one today in Staines. I bought a set of 7 Red Herring Nail varnishes for my sister in law that was £5 so it cost me nothing.
    :j:j:j:j

I went back today with 3 more vouchers from other email addresses

Firstly i went to the top floor and used a voucher to buy a pair of boys age 4 Jasper Congran cargo shorts. £15 reduced to £7 - so i paid £2 :T

Next i went to middle floor and used another voucher to buy a joke book thing for my grandad, and a tub of Jellybeans for my OH, total was £6.48 - so it cost me £1.48 :rotfl:

Next i went to ground floor, and got a gorgous ring i saw and loved a few days ago....£5 - so it was free!!! :j
  • Has anyone tried getting more vouchers by adding +carrot etc in the google mail address. I got the original one to my e-mail address straight away but have not had another one through - any ideas???

The + doesn't work for me (but usually does), but the dot in the middle does. I guess the Debenhams page is set not to honour + as a valid part of an email address. Dots are more common, so are honoured. Gmail and Googlemail will also work for the same reason. Some corporate email systems may detect the income vouchers as spam too, often silently.

Thank my fellow local MSE'r :) I shall venture out tomorrow, is there much stuff £5 and under to use it on? Also did you use more than one voucher?

    Thanks x

It is only a very small store but I bought a tin of biscuits paid £1. Also got a pair of summer shoes in the sale. They were reduced to £4.50 so completely free.

Merry Hill has many more departments and thus much more 'stuff'. They were fine with the vouchers as well.
