Free £5 voucher to spend instore (no minimum spend) @ Debenhams

Any spare vouchers would be much appreciated. I'm buying items to give to various charities who in turn send them across the world. If your going to bin your voucher then it's better to give it to a good cause.

I used one of my two vouchers tonight (last minute I know!)
I got some Yankee Tealights for only 99p. A lovely treat. The SA had trouble with my voucher but it finally worked.
I tried to use my second voucher on some Thorntons chocs as part of a Christmas pressie, on another floor. The SA was most unhelpful! She first asked if it was a photocopy (I don't have any colour ink), then asked if the voucher had been forwarded to me, she tried scanning it, then typing in the barcode. Then told me it must have already been used, and gave up.
I was too embarassed to argue with her.
Do you think it is worth trying again tomorrow? Are Debs likely to accept them tomorrow?

Thank You very much kazire! Will definately brave these winds tomorrow now! Wish my email trash didnt automatically delete after a certain time because I know that my first voucher wasnt keyed in and I could have used that! Oh well this time tomorrow we will all be in mourning!!!

I don't think this voucher promotion has done what it intended.

- People who can afford to shop in Debenhams are unlikely to care about a £5 discount voucher.
- People who do care about a £5 discount voucher are going to be immediately put off by Debenhams ludicrously inflated prices.

They might have got a few extra feet through the door this month, but I doubt many will be repeat customers. (unless ofcourse there are further Debenham exploits/loopholes/glitches

can anyone tell me if some stores stock crabtree and evelyn stuff? i know its nowhere to be found on the website, but i'm almost certain i walked past a section the other day in the store... i may just be going mad! :undecided
anyone know?

I used two vouchers in Liverpool today - got Xmas cards £5 to free and chocolates £7 to £2. I had another voucher but the girl couldn't get it to work so I told her to leave it, Debenhams lost out there because it was for a £10 whiskey gift set which would have been £5 after the voucher! It was one from my University email address - not sure if it's been cancelled like some people's gmail ones but I haven't had a cancellation email - oh well!

Am finally getting the chance to go to debs. tomorrow, but didn't print the vouchers cos I didn't think i'd get there before promo finished. Is there any chance at all that any lovely moneysavers might be able to spare me 1 or 2? I will be very very grateful:)

i dont know about crabtree and evelyn but i know they stock locctaine stuff, which is similar packaging especially the xmas sets!
