After reading PP post i am now worried i can't use my vouchers tomorrow! Finally had our internet sorted out today so i can start printing for my shop tomorrow! Got 6 vouchers to use so not sure how i am going to do it... Use 2 each time between 3 different floors? LOL! Talk about leaving it last minute! I haven't even done the text one yet. If i used one and gave one of the voucher to my 4 year old do you think they will accept?
I just want to be able to use the vouchers without having to line up again (6 times) with my 2 kids! So if they accept dd as a customer saves me time in there! LOL! 0 -
You will be able to use the vouchers, if the SA refuses (usually the older females that I had problems with) then try a different one. And your daughter should be able to, I saw a mum with two children aged around 5 and 8 and the children both used a voucher eachComping wishlist for 2017
1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuffThe more you put into life, the more you get out0 -
I tried another assistant who also said they were not accepting the vouchers but she agreed to give it a go anyway but the till would not accept the code, even though the voucher has not been used.
I will go back tomorrow and try again because I assumed it was a general Debenhams policy to stop the vouchers and not just my local store.0 -

YES YOU CAN give them to your child thats what we did with ours, it says 1 per person, theres NO minimum age stipulation on there.
Each of my 3 kids (8, 3, and 13 months) used 1, one after the other, with me watching over them, i commented on here about how fantastic the SA was with each of them, actually treating them as a real customer and talking to them as real people. They had a fab shopping experience.
They bought toys though so it was obvious the toys were for them, they might give you a funny look if your 4 year old hands over some towels, salt & pepper shakers, or some wine glasses with a voucher
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -

I really hope it's not finished already! £30 of vouchers to use towards Xmas is going to be a great help! I'll post back tomorrow once i've been instore. Thanks guys x0 -
