PGQP isn't the code. You should find a 16 digit number on the voucher somewhere. Thats the number they should type in.
  • Hi Catswhiskers

I was in Debenhams yesterday and tried to use one voucher I printed from an e-mail and was told they were not accepting them because people had been using multiple copies. When I looked on this board today I couldn't belive that some stores are accepting them and my local store is not.

I emailed Debenhams yesterday to complain but have heard nothing yet.

Went on a final shop today (and then got a text msg one on the way home! :o)

    Had my best shop yet!

Got a set of the black tea, coffee and sugar tins with 3 vouchers then went to check menswear. A pair of John Rocha jeans that were £45 were on 80% reduction due to top button missing (I think even I can manage to fix that ) so £4 after the voucher. Also a pair of Jeff Banks jeans that had one button fly button missing that were £35 with 80% off but scanned at £10.50 so £2.10 to pay so added a nice T-shirt I fancied and paid £1.30. Also found a king size fitted sheet for £4.20 so tossed a bag of chocky coins in with that (for a celebration snack on the way home) and paid 20p. Oh also found the jamie oliver grinder with chilli and some other concoction in a wooden tray on 70% off or £3 each so got a pair of those for pressies too.

Total spend £6.50 :D (circa £145 before reductions and vouchers)

Really chuffed with the way Debenhams have dealt with all this, a credit to them as a company! I'll certain pop in there more often for a poke around. :T:T:T

Just go to another till. Most of their staff are super helpful. If they type the number in and its valid then they should accept it. Rmember you only have until close of business tomorrow to use it though.
