Can I claim against DFS? It 6 years and 6 months ago since taking the agreement.

I doubt very much I will get the refund now, DFS must be pretty confident the FOS will rule in their favour, they told me in their response "You can of course, take this matter to the FOS....."

Another update, received a letter from the FOS stating they will look at my case in due course, it will take a little longer than usual as it is experiencing high demand.

I have today received a letter from the FOS stating that Black Horse was not under there jurisdiction at the time of the sale.
