    Got a fair bit done the in the front garden but loads more to do - mainly weeding and thug removal. At least most of it has a path around so is easy access without getting sopping wet.

    Going to try some bits on DS3 and then hoover downstairs before sorting something out for dinner.

    Just got the washing in and none of it dried at all, so it's all spread round waiting for the heating to come on later.....I thought some of it might dry :(

    Just back briefly from my HHC to ask some advice.

    I have acquired a very old sideboard which has a rather unpleasant and distinctive smell in the cupboards and drawers. I have tried bi-carb but have just opened the door again and have been bowled over by the smell. Any ideas on how to remove or disguise the smell please? I want to put my tablecloths and dinner service into it.

    Hi all,

    I've been to get the paint and popped to nev's for coffee. I need to cook tea now, i'll try and get some of my extras done while it's in the oven etc.

    My HHC came to and ubrupt halt before I started, I'm afraid....had a message on facebook to say my Father died last Wednesday.....they didnt have my mobile number and my mothers phone has been out of action for a while.....haven't been in touch with him in years and only recently got in touch with his girlfriend on facebook. Not sure how I feel at the mo........xx
