Ok thanks
Tried the barcode thing on ebay and quite a well know cd wasn't even recognised!!
Do Amazon charge a fee like ebay for selling (i would think so?) its just ive never used Amazon for selling before?
Does it have advantages to eBay?
Thanks:D
You don't pay to list on Amazon but the selling fees can be dearer than ebay in many cases. You can see what you would get by going through the 'sell your item' route but before you confirm it shows your net proceeds including postage.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. From Amazon's website...Individuals selling at Marketplace pay a GBP 0.86 per item completion fee, plus a closing fee of 17.25% of the sales price (11.5% for Electronics & Photo items) for each item sold.0 -

I was short of cash a while ago so I decided to check music magpie for my entire CD collection, they offered me £11.20 for the lot, and I had tonnes of CDs still with original price stickers on for the likes of £10 etc, totally not worth it.MFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

I have sold sons computer games and CDs on Amazon - as said - check the going rate for each one before listing - sometimes its not worth it.
Also theya re light enough to post - I got caught out selling books as they cost more than the posatge allocated - so was at a lose!
