Some people either have it misunderstood or they just think it's clever to try turn this into a sexism issue. Either way, I'm not wasting time even addressing that nonsense.
I never thought it could be down to her having history - even though it'd be 'bad' history. Before we met, she just ran her cards up, missed her payments, ran up interest & became another credit card statistic.
Then we met & I helped her manage her money better & after a few years she finally paid off her debt.
I thought they'd have taken this fact to give her a lower limit. I'm not complaining about her limit. She could have 50k for all I care. I just thought I'd have a higher or even equal limit as I have no 'bad' history. Never gave it any mind that no history at all could be worse.
How long do you advise leaving it between card applications as I'll be in need of a new one for stoozing once this one is maxed?0
