I'm with Be, and so far have been very impressed. free help line (to bulgaria I think, the easten european accents aren't too strong), emails get answered within a day, and they will text you to say they have replied.
It's basic with no thrills. None of their own content, email is extra etc, but you get very fast unlimited broadband for you money.
the wireless router is ok, though it remains there property so you have to return it at your expense if you cancell, though i guess that might change now o2 own it?
Other downside is that you have to give 3 months notice if you want to leave, or pay £50 to leave imediately0 -
zazizam offer an unlimited package, from £15.99 a month at various speeds
I have had no problems with them, and highly recommend them to anyone - if you consider joining, then i could save £2 a month, and get that bit closer to free broadband
(it's their friends and family promotion, if you recommend you can save £2 a month for each person you get to signup)
hope this helps0 -
Utility Warehouse are doing unlimited, 8mg, including line rental and free weekend calls for 26.75 (inc 1.76 membership fee) if your exchange is LLU enabled, if not then 34.75 (inc 1.76 membership fee).
