Nokia 5230 or LG GT350?

My 12 year old daughter wants a new phone for her 13th birthday, but cannot decide between the Nokia 5230 and the LG GT350. Does anyone have any opinions on which one to buy and why?

    The Orange San Francisco is in the same price range, worth considering. But if it was only between them phones, Nokia 5230 is and was, my choice.

    Looks like a great phone but the problem is, is that the phone could be locked onto orange as you can only get it from orange.
    Has anyone got any other opinions about both these phones? Or any other phones my daughter would like?
