cancelling contracts

i have had two blackberrys in 5mths, i have asked to cancel contract and start again told i cannot can only have a phone of equal value to blackberry help please

What exactly do you want help with? A contract is a legally binding agreement, you can't cancel it without paying a buyout fee0
