Am using IE9 and no problem.
I am suggesting to be cautious; that is all:D Might not even remedy the problem.

    Hi,

Not sure what no.2 was as 'the page could not be displayed'

Went through the other steps and reset IE but still getting the error message after a few mins.

Many thanks for your help in this btw.
not a problem; not sure what else to suggest...

No am a lowly XP guy :D

I can get around the problem slightly - if I just move the error report out the way and don't click 'send error report' or 'don't send' I can still watch the videos - may have another look later....

    Thanks for your help though..

sounds possibly like a javascript/scripting issue.. i think there is an option in ie to disable error of scripts.
