If I'm one of those, my Halifax days are long behind me.

Only current statements are free- issued statements have to be paid for - normally £5 per sheet or £10 maximum for the whole lot.

Their fees page suggests it's £5 per statement, not per sheet.

I am neither. I changed employment in 2008. Unfortunately I held on to the shares!
If you are registered for paper free documents, you can get them sent out in paper form without the charge.
This doesn't appear to be referenced anywhere in the link I provided above. Can you provide anything to support this?

    Just not keeping up then!

Hold onto the shares - they will come good! I'm a permanent holder of M&S I've decided. Every time they get to a real value (£6.00 plus) ...... I think 'just that little bit more before I sell' ....... and then the bottom drops out of their knickers. But - they're trudging back up the mountain again.
Your's were up 2.12% on Fri. Just don't look back to earlier graphs! :o

I've never charged for statements when they have paper-free. What I have always been told to do...

Any statement that you have received online is free by post regardless of how far back you go. If you require a paper copy of a statement and it shows that you were registered for paperfree at that time you should get it free.

Statements are £5 per batch - batch being consecutive months. Order 2006 - 2010 and it will be £5, order may 2006 and then July 2007 and it will cost you £10.
