BT Vision. Extorsionate charges

Hi, i was wandering if anybody could help.
I recently moved all services away from BT and back to sky. I was expecting cancellation charges as the broadband and phone line were still in contract. what i wasn't expecting however was to be charged for a vision box (which to be honest wasn't much good anyway) which was cancelled 8 days before the actual 12 month contract expired. they are trying to charge me £104.76 the full price of the box when it was nearly at the end of the contract anyway. i am willing to pay an extra month of £20.99 but not the extortionate price they want. i have spoken to 3 different levels in the billing departments and all i get is sorry there is nothing we can do.....

Any advice????:(

Sorry to sound like a troll, but try honoring the terms and conditions of the contract you willingly signed up to, surely an extra 8 days wasn't going to be too much of a fuss to wait!

Is this charge for non-return of the box? In which case, why can you not return it?

Yeah, sorry, but have to agree here....terms and conditions....it was what you signed up for and you broke that contract....if it was the other way round, would you be letting them off the £104 incurred?
  • LOL. why wouldn't you just wait
