Check that you have Default Level Security settings

It might be your firewall that is stopping some things showing. On a previous computer, I had that problem and only discovered when I accessed the same page from another computer in the same house. You might be able to see what your firewall is disallowing in its control page when you cant access the media online and then click a setting which allows it instead.
