    I do smell a whiff of a challenge... ;)

I have never managed a full consecutive 30 days, I'm fine Mon-Fri but never get the chance on the weekend, tried getting up before OH one Saturday so I could jump around without being watched (and laughed at!) but he came in half way through, parked himself on the sofa to watch and made 'helpful' comments, I stopped doing it on weekends after that! Instead of doing it over a straight 30 days I could make it go over 6 weeks at 5 days a week! :)

ETA: There's a bit of jumping but I'd reckon you'd be OK in your room if you wear trainers for a bit of cushioning and maybe do it on something like a yoga mat?

Ooh, if there's a Shred start I'll join in! I did it for about 10 days, and noticed a difference. But then it was lady time, and I just.. kind of forgot about it afterwards.

Well done Tete! :D That photo is lovely though, at a scan of the thumb nails before I even knew it was yours it was the one that caught my eye.

There is jumping, from what I can remember. You have to pretend to skip rope, I think! But it's not bad. I had to find one spot in the living room where the floor didn't make a horrible thudding noise - not that I'm a real life elephant. Just the flooring in this house is awful! It is great though, can burn up to 200 calories in that time depending on your weight. I remember one day I wanted chocolate so badly, but made myself do it twice in the day before I could have it. I wanted to die so much afterwards that I forgot to even have the chocolate!

I'll join in the shred, I won't be able to do 30 days though if we start on July 1st - only 28 as we go away at 2am on the 29th! Eeek, also away the 1st-3rd... that's not the best start is it?!

Not good enough Dinah, you should take it with you to do when you're away! ;)

    That is The One Tete!

LOL at the chocolate story Cinny! One day I got c0cky and felt pretty good after doing stage 1 so went onto stage 2 straight afterwards, I was so tired I lay down to do one of the exercises and couldn't get up again!
