Hi CLOSED Have you ordered from DELL on line using a Voucher code, I have been trying to order the Laptop with the discount code but it still comes back at the end with the full price of £329.
also I wanted it delivered to my son's address but it will not let me do that even though I am paying with my debit card, can you help,
Voucher runs out midnight Sunday so I will have to ring them in the morning if I can't do it now.
Re the old Acer laptop When my son recieves the new one I will bring the Acer home and send you the Log, I'm not sure he will know how to do it.
Thanks a lot for your help Drinda.0 -

No reason just that I am fedup looking so settled for Dell.0

seemed to work for me (haven't bought one), enter P0FB2G53RXRP09 then apply coupon code, but it does say for first 500 units sold
there is a click to talk/chat button, that may be able to help with the alternate delivery address (if anyone is around)
If you have a credit card, it gives you additional protection over a debit card.!!

Hi Closed, I went on DELL this morning bought the Insiron N5030 @ £299 and that will do him fine,.I asked them if I can have it deliverd to my son's address and they said no they only deliver to the payment address, but that was wrong because I filled in his address and the receipt say's that is where it will be delivered.
Thanks again for all your help and when I get the old Acer I will post the log on her.
Thank's also to Spakker for looking for me but I have spent so much time looking for one once I settled on the Dell I did not want to start looking again. My desktop PC was built for me a few years ago and it has all Dell parts, that has been very good.
