my returns add has a code on it - yours will be different, so phone and they will email it to you

Me too..ordered my usual 7..says 7 on packing bag but inside boot says 6.5 but they fit well with my lighter woolly walking socks.

Thanks claire21 for posting a superb bargain.

On some conversion charts a Euro 40 is 6.5 on others it is 7.

No they don't!! I ordered another offer from them in a 7 and they cam as a 6.5. I returned them asking for an exchange for a 7 and they gave me a refund as they do not do another size 7 except what I received. I went in store out of curiosity and the 7's are 6.5 and the size 8's are massive!!

Do you know if they do a size 11 for mens as my OH have come up as 10.5 but I dont want to send them back to have them say they do not do these sizes as I really want them?

mine came - ordered a 6 as read they were coming up small? but they are not and a 5 would be fine - want to swop but costs to return.

If you email then they will give you a free returns address

Ok I had e-mailed and telephoned them. The freepost address has a code but it appears to be generic as the e-mail I received (actually I received two replies as I e-mailed them directly and filled in their online form) and the codes sent to me are the same I received over the phone.

My boots arrived today and they are fab, thanks again for posting this claire21:T I checked the label inside the shoe first after reading all your posts and thankfully they were the right size. Hope you all get the correct sizes sorted as they really are great boots.

I really dont know if I should send them back and get some new ones and risk not getting them or keeping them and having them a little tighter than I would have liked?
