My neighbours just dropped the parcel in with the 3 rd pair ordered seperatly and guess what? they are the wrong size too! :mad:

Ambleside Field and Trek have lots of pairs and many sizes available at £6, also some sandals and trainers at £5.

Hi I ordered some and they arrived today. I got one pair for me which are size 7 and a pair for my fiance which are meant to be size 11, however it says they are size 11 on the packaging but then inside the shoe it says its a uk size 10 and mine even though they fit me say they are a uk size 6.5. Has everyone else had this when they got the wrong size? I dont know what to do now as they are a christmas present but I dont know if they will fit my OH or not?

Do they offer free returns?

I got the same, I wonder if they actually do a 7? One of my shoes fit and the other doesnt :S

Am I missing something? I read there is a phone number to contact them but there is no address posted?

ETA: On the Amazon webpage it says something about a returns address on the back of the invoice but there isn't one on mine. Can anyone post up the address please as it would save a whole load of people having to ring a 0870 number? Thanks.
