i ordered a size 7 walking boots and trainers both say 6.5 on label inside shoe but 7 on the packaging

the trainers fit and the walking boots have plenty of room for a thick pair of socks :j

Got my size 5 pair yesterday they fit nice and still a bit of room for thick socks too they are just what I need for trudging up a steep hill to my DS's school come winter.

My boots arrrived today and really delighted. I'd given my previous boots to my niece for her D of E award and struggled in the winter weather last year. So thanks very much, I'm set up for this years trudging through the snow!

Well I ordered a sizw 4 and a size 13, yesterday I recieved a size 6 and size 11.5!

I have to pay to return them unless they provide me with freepost address. 2 emails later still no answer and I cant find a tel no.

not the happiest of bunnies.
