Massive Lancome Boots Boosting Glitch

I got my items and my points yesterday. I am so pleased, 1 x Hydra Zen gel ( the oily skin type version of Hydra Zen cream) and 1 x Lipstick, that was all that was left when I found the glitch hours after you guys :rotfl::rotfl:

Can someone help? I spent £19 on sanctuary gift set and 2 lancome eyeshadow £16 each, total £51. I should have 3000 bonus points, with 2000 from the lancome and 1000 as it was the extra points weekend but they have only added 2800?

Can I ring boots helpline and they'll add the extra points or did I miss something?

The first lot went in exactly 5 days after dispatch, the rest were added on today, thats about 5 days too, possibly 6. I placed 4 separate orders.

I went to collect my order last night (along with the Elizabeth Arden mega glitch lol), was having second thoughts about it as I don't use Juicy Tubes etc and was just seduced by the 5000 points , so decided to reject/return it.

Anyhoo, the nice CS lady said 'no problem', did the refund at the desk and didn't even deduct my points!!! If it goes back to Boots.com they do take your points away but it looks like I get to keep them. I am sooooooooo chuffed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my lucky week I reckon... between the FREE points, my EA bargains/points, Debenhams vouchers, free Genifique samples and the Clinique mascara swap, I am loving it! lol

Just wanted to say that went to boots to try and collect my points from the machine again, and it worked!!!! so i now have almost £250 points on my card :j:j

No, but you can go instore and order items from online at one of the till points and pay with points as long as you have enough to cover the full amount.

I think the delay in points is still happening as I am waiting on some as well, not even showing as pending.
