OK, so went to collect my points today, put my card in the machine and NOTHING came up!?!?! asked the assistant and he said sometimes that happens and to bring in the printed off statements and they will scan it on!?
why didn't my pending points come up?? has this happened to anyone else?

Same here - despatched 7 days ago, went to collect 3,000 odd points today but nothing doing?

Hi ya, went into the store on Friday and the blinking machine was broken... :mad: and only one in the store... not had chance to go back over weekend, so probably wont venture into town until end of next week if that. Bit worried now after reading....

Hi all

my points didnt go on for 10 days after i had received my parcels. I kept checking my points balance online but they weren't even pending. I didnt want to phone incase they wondered why i had received 8012 points with £100 spend.
Anyway they appeared on my online account Sat and were on my card Sat afternoon when i validated my card instore. hey may just be slow as they probably had loads of cards to update !!!

I'm really hoping its just taking a while and they will update, so annoying though as like i said before my 'local' machine is 10 miles away!! fingers crossed!! may be worth next time you go take a print out of the 'pending points' screen on your boots online account? i think i will!!
