yes all points are removed if take anything back - may have trouble taking them back though as dont accept refunds on make up usually - if dont want, best to just not collect...

hi sorry if i have missed something, i ordered £74 pounds worth of the elizabeth arden stuff, they have sent me a email saying they can't supply my order, does that mean i will miss out on the free points also? or do they give you the points still?

I have just checked and with these extra points I now have over £300 on my advantage card and lots of lovely Lancome products as a treat for myself. Better go spend it in case I lose it! :beer:
