Yes but you can reject the order when you go to collect it, they cant refuse to give you a refund if you don't accept the goods.

Yes you get whatever points your due from internet shopping added in store. I got all the points added recently from the last GLITCH , every single one. The last time I looked at Boots website, the points pending were only 44, from a recent spend, there's about £140 to be added, they are not showing yet. Hope they are not playing us at our own game.

You should be able to exchange them in store if the condition isn't acceptable, e.g. for gifts. I've done that before in the past.

In my experience the points from boots.com orders have gone pending earlier than 5 days after despatch, usually just a couple of days to wait; it's probably only 5 days at the latest.

Ok so I got my order this morning and my boots points should have been a 5 digit number but the points showing is only a 4 digit number whats the best thing to do
