Hi
Need to buy a laptop, which will be purely for internet and business use (small business, just doing the odd spreadsheet and word documents and emails - not trying to hack into NASA!!:D )
so don't need to be great for playing games or watching films on it, but the better it is at picking up a wireless internet connection is important. software wise I have office 2007 which I could put on it and that would be all I need I think. Haven't used anything after windows XP so not a clue which windows we should get:o
Obviously cheaper the better............
please help with some suggestions / links / warnings so I don't make a complete mess of this !

so very much a matter of personal opinion -- But Acer I really detest.
Lenovo pay close attention to their build quality -- but u end paying a premium somewhat .
Some of the HP business laptops I really do like:

You are a complete and utter psycho; all u do is throw out abuse to others -- completely unhelpful .In your case, cheap is good.

She didn't suggest anything. Only attempting to follow me around the forum and to leech off my posts.

OP: Donnie has been stalking me for over 6 months -- he is just jealous of me and abuses other members here too. All my postings of help he just copies -- and claims as his own.She didn't suggest anything. Only attempting to follow me around the forum and to leech off my posts.
