What is 3G?
Daughter just received Nokia 6233 and order confirmation from O2 says 3G postpay SIM.
Her previous phone with O2 working fairly well (reception usually O.K), but this new one not showing any reception at all , so not able to use!
Read somewhere that 3G can be turned off and put onto 2G - is this correct, and what does it mean exactly?
Any advice much appreciated, as will need to return phone before contract starts.
TIA
