Hi, i'm sure they will sort this quickly for you- i had untold issues with my orders and got on to them. Stefanie dealt with me and did resolve the issues and as the Tirimisu had runout replaced it with Rocky Road :T

I just looked at my tracking page and it says its been delivered in beckton, I don't live in beckton! mine was meant to be delivered by fedex....what is going on.....

found out from my call that the location stated online is not where it isdelivered its the nearest depot that signed it off so mine was banbury although i live in oxford. hope this helps. Also mine wasnt as bad as i thought the driver delivered it to a neighbour just forgot to leave a note/card to say hed done that!

Mine has finally been delivered today, took a lot longer than 48hours....ohhhh well will have a nose when I get home from work!!

Yes they did that to me then canelled my order.

My last order has been at fulfilment since the 26th, so emailed today and heard that they were OOS of the Lindor chocs I had ordered and were sending the other items ( 2 x boxes of hot choc) and would refund the chocs. My order cost £4.......wonder how much I'll get refunded?:o
