    My order says Order Collated.. first time i've ever seen this phrase, what does it mean?

    Well this is starting to turn into a bit of a carry on! Whittard have not taken the payment they have just held it-whittard say they don't know why and may have to cancel and re-do the order! I've a feelling i won't get the stock (aka cheap christmas pressies:D). They said they'd get back to me and have been helpful, so i'll see what happens:)

    Mine says despatched! Order collated is what you get before it turns to order despatched! Funny though cos the last order I made is the one thats been despatched the others are at the fulfillment stage! Random~!

    My second order made on 24th arrived this morning. First order made the day before has 'been selected for fulfilment' and is 'being processed'. Hope springs eternal!

    Those who got their orders, is it signed for? I got one dispatch email so far, gave a tracking number and it's royal mail. Does that mean I have to sign when postie comes, or will he just leave it here?
