Yes, the money will show as taken from your account but the money is being held. It is so that the company know the funds are reserved so when the items are despatched they get paid, if the order gets cancelled the money will be released back into your account. I got a cancellation email today as items out of stock. Email says they will refund my money so must have already been taken. It was for the halloween chocolate balls x2 and the Tiramisu hot choc ordered on 24th. Still not had despatch email for the guilty pleasure ordered on 23rd.0
