e2Save PAYG - where's my £10 credit?

Does anyone have experience of buying PAYG phones from e2Save? I ordered a Alcatel OT-209 from them last weekend for £0.90 + £10.00 airtime credit. The phone arrived Tuesday and worked fine but only had 1p credit on it. I wanted to use it for "Orange Wednesday", but still 1p credit Wednesday and still 1p credit today (Friday).
Today I bought a San Francisco phone from the Orange shop and they transferred my number from the e2Save SIM to a new 3G SIM (I bought £10 credit for it).
I tried emailing e2save, but the email bounced back undeliverable. I phoned them this evening but it said office closed phone back next week. Maybe I'll never get the £10, what do others think?

I had similar problems with E2Save a few months back. Phoned them and they credited the SIM.0 -
Hi,

Can you please contact me at sarahw@e2save.com and I will sort the missing £10.00 air time credit for you.
Thanks,
