I think its pathetic how some people feel the need to gloat, so many of us managed to get one in our basket and not check out, I could see the 3p dresses as soon as it went live, I posted here and nobody else could see them, so it makes no odds how long people spent trying it was a disaster, I got to my basket loads and loads of times, went through paypal 3 times and still have the screen that has crashed going back to confirm the order.

I hope they do honour this to all of us that got them into our basket, the only thing is now sizes will be out of stock so we would still miss out, but you never know we might get a voucher to get another full price dress for 3p....that would be fab!

well I've sent them an email, but can't see how they will know what I had in my basket, their website obviously isn't all that sophisticated as we have learnt from bitter experience....!!

I just went back to the site and the dress was still in the basket. I checked out and now have the confirmation email. Worth a try if it was just failing on the payment details

Their website is back up. My 3p dress was still in my basket and it let me complete the order!

i tried earlier and didn't get one in my basket, but just managed to order now! so everyone keep trying

I spoke to them just now. Finally 5 hours after it started I was able to get on the website and confirm i had managed to add it to my basket.

The customer service there is very good. As I work in a call centre, I know good service when I see it, and whilst the website was admittedly poorly handled, they do seem to be doing everything they can to put it right.

From my point of view the company was let down by the website, and possibly the few responsible for the website, but their phone staff seemed great.

Who's broke it again - my dress is still in my basket so just trying to checkout and its crashed again!
