Just seen this on Facebook, if anyone wants to give it a go:

ok just spoken to a very nice lady at Goddiva. She has advised to send my details via email to info@goddiva.co.uk ie dress size colour etc with my name and contact details and if possible roughly when the dress entered your basket. They will check their end and then honour the deal. Hope that helps someone else too

Hi, yeah I do. I phoned them a little while ago and she said to email them with the details and she would get back to me by tomorrow at the latest and if they had my size would honour the 3p. Not sure I believe they will though, but worth a try!! The email is info@goddiva.co.uk HTH and good luck!

I love Goddiva

Goddiva are a brilliant company, offering amazing and unique fashion at a very affordable price. They constantly offer competitions and promotions where they literally GIVE away their products, and I have been fortunate to be on the receiving end twice. They are what every company SHOULD be!

They may have had a blip with their sale going wrong due to high traffic, but they are fashionistas and dress-makers - not web specialists. It was by no means a con, and I'm sure they will rectify the situation. Don't trust the crazies who have gotten their knickers in a twist and want to cause a revolution due to a lack patience and understanding.

Goddiva are fierce and fabulous and I will continue to give them my business!

hahahahahahaha yep..........got to be the company, I don't think any of their "customers" would have been so forgiving after today.

And they're not website specialists, I don't think anyone expected them to be and they certainly prooved that it's true, but any descent company would employ website specialists prior to a nationally advertised flas sale if their existing website wasn't capable of high volumes of trafic.

Plenty of other "fashionistas and dress-makers" (Clothing retailers) have done flash sales like this sucessfully

Ok im going to be really controversial and say that Goddiva didnt force you to sit at your computer screen for 2 hours, there will always be another deal, another glitch or bargain on another site another day that you may be lucky enough to grab! Yes I was trying to get a dress (and managed) but that was my own choice and I wasnt stressing out about it, just kept a clear calm head on.

I just spoke with them, the women said anyone who had an dress in the basket prior to 2.30pm will have there order honoured.
