Has anybody called to see if they will honour orders over phone for all those who have been trying?? There customer service is awful if not! This cannot have done their reputation any good! This was a total let down i was so looking forward to my 3p party dress!!!!

Yeaaa, and my poor poor dog, it's such a nice day today and instead of running in the park, she had to bear with her bad tempered owner wasting time in front of a computer... all for a dress that i didnt even fancy that much!

there facebook is going insane with complaints.. GOOD!
i did everything but couldnt get past the "confirm order " page for an hour.

Finally got to the 3p page after almost constant refresh, finally got to one of the dresses, after constant refresh, then got to shopping basket, after constant refresh, got as far as checkout to pay via Paypal then - nothing! Can't get back to basket or checkout page at all now so no idea if I have my dress! Wouldn't mind but I am supposed to be working!!

Yep - Just come off the Facebook page , the person who MANAGED to get through on the phone said the sale is OVER

There has been no real attempt to ''make it up to us'' .... wasted a whole afternoon for nothing

GODDIVA can GODAMNDIVE off a bridge!

How can they not honour the deal? ... The amount of new customers they thought they were going to get and their 'growth in popularity' stunt really backfired didn't it? ... Everyone hates them now and I've lost ALL respect for them as a company
