Mine wont sign in sooo annoyed at this i too spent two hours at lunch doing it and kept getting to checkout it just wouldnt process it

i have emailed too!!! took screen prints to prove i had it at 3p too. inclined to agree that its been a stunt to get all our details.

I managed to get as far as pressing the continue button on paypal & then nothing.
After reading the posts about dress still being in shopping bag, I went & checked. Sure enough it was still there but the price was now £20. Removed from bag.

I didn't have much success yesterday, but did manage to eventually get a dress in my basket. I emailed as told yesterday when I eventually got through on the phone and I got a call back today. I was also after the Kate Middleton in ML in black, which they've sold out of, but they let me choose another colour in the same dress from those available. I placed the order over the phone for 3p. They may have messed up yesterday, but they do appear to be trying to make it up to us!

I emailed them yesterday and have been ignored. I managed to go through checkout etc etc and have confirmation, my order was supposed to be next day delivery and its not been shipped

I wouldn't mind, and I know I was extremely lucky to get one but I don't like the customer service at all.

I was frustrated too as I kept on managing to get the top I wanted into my basket, yet when I'd try and checkout and create an account, it kept on coming up with a site maintenance message and a few other errors, so at least some of you managed to get past payment stage. I couldn't even get past account setup page. I emailed them and I've just called them and they said they've received alot of emails regarding this, and it'll take time to work around them so she took my name and told me she'd make sure they sent me a reply.

So for those of you that sent them an email, keep waiting as it's not because they have poor customer service, it's because they're getting swamped with emails regarding the promotion x
