Why cant I buy a new pay as you go mobile without having to pay £10 top up for the sim card that comes with it.

I already have a sim card with my old phone and dont need a new one.:mad:

    On some networks, if you are an existing PAYG customer, the retailer will waive the requirement to buy it with £10 top-up.
    Also on some e-retailers you can buy a handset without £10 top-up.
