free SKY+hd upgrade for existing sky customer

I am an existing Sky customer (All 6 packs, No movies or Sports, No SKY+ or HD).
Been with sky for 3 years now. I called up sky earlier this week with a view to get free SKY+HD, just said I want to cancel my sky and the advisor on the other end asked why and I said I am getting free +HD service from other provider (was going to go for Virgin if sky did not give me sky+hd). The advisor checked my records and also spoke to his manager and after few minutes gave me a good news that I can get free SKY+HD upgrade with new 12 months contract.
So here's what I have got (Installed today and everything is working fine)
1) New Dish (which is slighly bigger than my old one)
2) New Sky+HD box (Armstrad DRX890 250GB personal storage)
3) free Installation
4) Have opted out of HD pack (normally costing £10 pm for HD Pack; so won't be paying any penny more than I pay for my 6 packs)

I am really happy that I called with a view of cancellation and got offered this. I am esp. loving the HD thing (5 free channels that I get, hopefully BBC1 HD will be free soon as well)

BBC1 HD is certainly free on Freesat...

That's what I mentioned it was subject to signing another 12 month contract. Surely you can't expect to get it without any contract, would you?
