Nightmare experience with this iphone repair company. Please help.

Just over a month a go , I dropped my iPhone on concrete which caused about 4 different problems with it, such as a broken mic and out of control touch screen.

It wasn't insured and was no longer under warranty. So I Googled 'iphone repairs', and ended up sending it to the company who came on top of Google. They are called simply iPhone Repairs'.

Their prices seemed reasonable and they promised a 24hr reapair service. I sent it to them and they confirmed the next day that they had recieved it.

3 weeks later it has still not been fixed or sent back. Looking at their Facebook page, many other people seem to be having the same issue. Although any negative comments are deleted by the company in the evenings I've noticed!

Their customer service is appaling. They don't reply to emails or call back when they promise to do so.

The worst thing is repair payments are made up front via their website. So I have already payed for these reapairs which aren't happening.

Anybody else had the same issues? I've contacted consumer direct who asked me to send 'iPhone Repairs' a letter using their template system which I've just done.

Whenever I have managed to speak to someone, they seem to lie to me telling me there is one repair left to do, that I'm now on their priority list, etc.

Their website now says 'Due to an influx of repairs we are currently working outside of our 24 hour schedule.'

Grrrr.
